Terms and Conditions
SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement is entered between:
Dental Practices, hereinafter referred to as "Client"; and
[ProLocum Dental Agency], hereinafter referred to as "Provider".
The Client and Provider are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party."
SCOPE OF SERVICES
ProLocum Dental Agency agrees the following services to the Client:
Offer a flexible and reliable solution for dental practices that need temporary staffing. The agencies specialize in providing general dentistry along with speciality dental, ensuring that practices have qualified staff available when needed. The company have reliable, efficient and trustworthy worker who perform the work for the clients in a professional and timely manner.
Temporary Staffing
Short-Term Cover: Dental practices can hire temporary dental nurses to cover staff absences such as sick leave, holiday, maternity leave, or unexpected vacancies.
Emergency Staffing: Agencies can provide immediate coverage during high-demand periods, such as busy seasons, to avoid service disruption.
Specialized Staffing: ProLocum provides dental nurse with expertise in specific areas such as orthodontics, oral surgery, periodontics dentistry, implant, endodontics and oral surgery.
Qualified : Nurse from the agency is fully qualified and have additional certifications and experience in particular fields of dentistry.

The Client agrees to engage the Provider for the above services under the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Due Date: The Client agrees to pay the Provider within 7 (seven) days after the completion of the services. All prices are (including VAT) and subject to VAT at the standard rate.
Payment is due when the work has been completed.
Payment can be made via debit cards or credit cards.
Full-Day Booking: If the Client books the Provider for a full day but only requires services for half a day, the Client is still obligated to pay for the full day.
Dental Nurse Coverage Agreement
We agree to provide dental nurse cover for a minimum of 7 hours per day. Please note that I will not accept bookings for less than 7 hours, as I will not be able to allocate another job on that day.
When you are completing our bookings you are agreeing to our terms and conditions automatically.
Cancellation Fee: If the Client cancels a booked appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the booked service.
Compliance Checks: ProLocum Dental Agency ensures that staff have the necessary qualifications, including DBS checks (criminal background checks), GDC (General Dental Council) registration, and relevant training.
Skills Matching: Our dental nurse’ skills and experience to the specific needs of the practice, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
COMPLAINT POLICY
The Client may submit a written complaint to the Provider within 7 (seven) days of the service being rendered.
The Provider will review the complaint and respond within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt.
If the complaint is found to be valid, the Provider will take appropriate corrective action, which may include a refund, discount, or re-performance of the service at no additional cost.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both Parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the term of this Agreement.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Client's use of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Provider.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [The Consumer Contract Regulation Consumer Right Act 1977].
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
AMENDMENTS
Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.
INSURANCE
The company is covered by Towergate / now Everywhen Indemnity Insurance. The policy can be requested if required.
